Consultation days at KNH

How we do it
KNH is a 3 star "excellent" housing organisation that provides a wide range of advice, support and consultancy
services to other housing providers. We are a Beacon partner in "Improving Housing Services by Involving Tenants".
Since the launch of the new business team in May 2005, we have run several successful consultation days, here in
Huddersfield, for a wide range of housing management providers.
From finding out about reducing rent arrears, to hearing about good governance, to seeing successful
regeneration projects first hand, the days offer an opportunity for a visiting organisation to learn about a
wide range of housing related topics.
The consultation days we offer are bespoke, and will cater to the individual needs of an organisation. We can
arrange days for large and small groups, half days, or full days, single topics or a range of topics.
Who does it
KNH will make available for your day the best person for the job. Our staff members have good knowledge and
understanding in their area of expertise. We will share with you our best practice, but also tell you about the
things that have not gone so well for us!
Our tenant groups and board members are always keen to be involved in the open days and are happy to share
their thoughts on different areas of involvement and service delivery.

What we can do for you
Visits are organised by the new business team, who will discuss individual requirements and develop a
programme that meets your needs. They can offer suggestions and assistance in developing the programme.
