KNH Excel - creating excellence through recognition and reward
KNH's mission is "quality homes and services in successful communities."
To help achieve this, KNH Excel was launched in 2005 to recognise and reward all our tenants, leaseholders and
staff who help make our communities great places to live.
It's our way of saying 'thank you' in a way that our customers and staff will find rewarding.
You will automatically qualify for the scheme, as long as you:
- Are a secure tenant
- Don't owe KNH any money, or, if you do, have kept to a payment plan for at least 13 weeks and
- Have not broken your tenancy conditions.
If you receive Housing Benefit, you also qualify for the scheme.
KNH Excel benefits
Since its launch, Excel has developed and continues to develop a variety of scheme benefits. These include:
- Community grants - up to £500 for projects that benefit our estates.
- Nominate a Neighbour - £25 and a certificate for the people who go the extra mile for their neighbours.
- Competitions and prize draws - adults and children can win valuable prizes.
- KNH Excel Discount Card - use our award-winning card to save money at over 200 local shops and businesses.
- StartRite - our incentive scheme to encourage 16-25 year olds to be good tenants.
- KNH Kids - a citizenship project involving KNH staff working in partnership with key stage 2 school pupils.
News of these and other developments can also be found in the KNH Excel Magazine, which is delivered to every
household on our estates three times a year and which is also on this website.
