Any notice will be properly served on us (the Council) if you deliver it or send it by first class post to either the housing office for the property or the KNH registered office.

Special conditions

Special conditions may apply to your tenancy and these will have been written into your New Tenancy Agreement leaflet at the start of your tenancy by a Housing Officer.
