Home Your tenancy

1. You must pay your rent including any service charges. This is due every Monday for the week to come. The first payment is due at the start of the tenancy.
2. If it is a condition of the tenancy that you have to pay a service charge for the property; that service charge is part of the rent.
3. If you are joint tenants, you are both responsible for paying all the rent and any arrears (rent you owe). We can ask for all the money you owe from any individual joint tenant and, even if one leaves, you are both still fully responsible.
4. If you owe rent for this or a previous tenancy, we can use any money you pay us, to pay any arrears you owe before your current rent.
